Credits
Credits are how AppX meters AI work. You spend them when the AI builds or changes your app.
What a build costs
A build is priced by the work it takes, not per screen. Before it starts, the plan card shows "About N credits". For scale: a 5-screen recipe app used 29 credits and a 2-screen water tracker used 16.
A first build has up to 6 screens. A bigger app continues in milestones, and each milestone is charged separately.
What an edit costs
Edits are metered, with a minimum of 1 credit per turn. One real edit shown on appx.uz used 3 credits, and edits vary.
How a turn is charged
When a turn starts, AppX sets part of your balance aside. That is not a charge and your balance does not change. When the turn ends you pay what it used, never more than your balance. If a build or an edit fails, you are not charged.
Minimums
You need at least 5 credits to send a message and at least 30 to start a first build.
Where to see your credits
The plan card shows "About N credits" before a build. Each turn card shows what it reserved and what it charged. Your balance is under Credits in the left sidebar. Settings → Usage & Billing shows your history and the day of the month your credits refresh.
Plans and monthly credits
Once a month your monthly credits are set back to your plan's amount; unused monthly credits are not carried over. Extra credits you bought and have not spent are kept.

Running low? Buy extra credits
On paid plans you can buy extra credits any time; they stack on your monthly credits:
- $5 → 60 credits
Extra credits are there for the months you build more than usual — no need to change plans for one busy week.
FAQ
What if a build or an edit fails? You are not charged.
